Our Workforce

 

We currently employ approximately 40 personnel. This consists of operatives through to highly skilled tradesman with competent site managers in place to oversee all works.

 

The workforce has a wealth of experience in all aspects of building and civil engineering work and as our attached training record programme proves we are always looking to improve in all areas with special emphasis on health & safety.

Our Client Base

 

Although we work and travel the length and breadth of the UK for many an exciting project our major client base is situated here in the North, including framework agreements with companies such as Yorkshire Water and Yorkshire Housing. A Termed Maintenance Contract with Scarborough Borough Council.

 

We are on the approved tender lists for City of York council, Ryedale Council, Scarborough Borough Council, North Yorkshire County Council, Carillion Amey (MOD) Yorkshire Water and York Housing. 

 

We also undertake work for various architects & consultants as well as private clients.

 

All our projects are completed to a very high standard, which is enforced by the repeat business received from our major clients.
