Transcore limited were tasked with constructing a new build dwelling for a private client on a brown field site. It  previously housed large bungalow. The design of the structure is modern with intricate specialist stonework incorporated into the smart aesthetic of the dwelling.

Works included:

• Construction of structural footing.

• Connection of all relevant services.

• Construction of the building fabric.

• All associated joinery work.

• Involvement in the erection of structural steelwork.

• All other aspects of work associated with the construction of the structure.

Working with limited access, including planning for material deliveries.
