This two phase development for Yorkshire Housing encompassed the design and construction of 26 new dwellings. Works included the initial demolition of flats and garages formerly occupying the land. All dwellings were constructed with the emphasis on energy efficiency and sustainability, built in accordance with the Code for Sustainable Homes, Level 3. Works also involved construction of new access roads to adoptable standards, car parking, associated hard standings, fencing together with landscaping and external works with sustainable drainage solutions.
